Thai red curry (shopping list)

From Rick Stein's Seafood:

5 big red chillies
1 thumb-size piece ginger
2 stalks lemongrass (outer leaves removed)
6 cloves garlic
3 shallots, sliced
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp blachan (Thai shrimp paste)
2 tsp paprika (powder)
1/2 tsp kurkuma
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. sunflower oil
