1/2 cups all-purpose flour (Dutch: bloem)
1 cup of chopped kimchi
3 tbs of kimchi juice
2 tbs chopped (spring) onion
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix and fry like a normal pancake. First mix the flower with the water to make a smooth batter. Then add the other ingredients.
Mix soy sauce and rice vinegar 1 to 1.
